my favourite recipes from my mom...mmmmm

Sambal Tumis Petai Ikan Bilis
Ingradients.

4 petai - take content 1 onion
- slice 100 gm anchovies
- fry a while 20 dry chilli 6 shallotLittle shrimp paste
* dry chilli, shallot and shrimp paste grind (A)

Some water tamarind
Cooking oil, salt and sugar

Method of making

1. Heat deep cooking oil pan. saute material (A) to crisp.

2. Include water tamarind. When boil include anchovies and petai.
3. Last of all, add salt and granulated sugar. Ripe until it thick
